Nightshift Budtender

Carters Cannabis is now open 8am to 11pm, Seven days a week!
We're on the hunt for budtenders to help with nightshift coverage specifially, please only apply for this position if you're available to work 4pm-11pm.
We have a team of excellent budtenders on our team currently, but we are looking for a couple more special people that have a passion for cannabis.
Must have excellent customter service skills and some knowledge of cannabinoids, terpenes, etc.
We are looking for exceptional cannabis lovers that enjoy talking about cannabis and have retail customer service experience.
Standard budtending duties; including inventory management, store upkeep, and understanding & enforcing cannabis regulations are key to our team's harmony.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, guiding clients through our cannabis offerings
- Design visually appealing signage to showcase products and promotions
- Contribute to our online presence by writing engaging blog posts for the company website
- Manage inventory, process sales, and maintain a clean store environment
- Help educate the consumer and the industry about products and relay accurate information.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and foster a supportive, entrepreneurial mindset
Must Have
- Age Requirement: 21+ years of age
- Business Acumen: Understanding of sales principles and business operations
- Computer Skills: Basic operation and understanding of computers/software
- Communication & Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service as well as verbal and written communication skills; good handwriting a plus

Cannabis Knowledge: Passion for cannabis, cannabis knowledge and a desire to learn and grow with our team
Preferred to have
- Prior budtending experience (eligible for $18/hr starting wage)
- Proven sales track record
- Experience with creative writing or design
- A drive to grow and build a brand or business of your own.
